She had three siblings, namely: Buelah Maxine, Marguerite Lavon, and David Converse. She died on 26 Mar 2003 in Irving, Dallas, Texas, USA. She was buried in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Dallas, Texas, USA.
